I've taken many calls and texts now saying that I'm worried I may have forgotten everything I was taught before the lockdown.
I'm my opinion don't worry, you will pick it all up again very quickly. I would suggest that you read the handouts I've texted and emailed you.
Try to recall the lessons, think about what we did.
But most important don't worry, even if you have forgotten some of the details, I'm happy to go through whatever we need to again and again if you need to.
We will get there.
