I may be repeating myself but learning the basics for driving lessons is always helpful. Read my manual that I send to you and learn POM and MSPSL, these two things will play a huge part in learning and for the future.
POM is prepare the vehicle, go to first find the biting point and set the gas, observations, look all round, 6 point observations, signal if you need to and get ready to Move off.
MS,PS,L - Mirror and signal, so when you get an instruction check you centre mirror and the appropriate door mirror, Position and speed, speed means gears. Looking all the time.
